Zertom – A Broker With A Very Evil Mindset 

Zertom Review Disclaimer: This information is provided solely for warning and alert purposes. It highlights major red flags associated with this suspicious trading platform operating under the domain, “zertom.com”. The review is based on my personal experience and publicly available information.

Zertom trading platform: is it legit or scam?

I signed up and tried trading on the platform.

Immediately, I discovered that this is a smart scammer who uses a few small tricks to make you believe they are legit.

In this independent Zertom review, I’ll show you why www.zertom.com is not the right place to trade commodities, CFDs, cryptocurrencies, indices, and stocks. 

Unlike HudsonTrust and other scam brokers, Zertom features Demo trading. This has falsely led many to believe that zertom.com is a legitimate trading platform. After all, I keep telling my readers that one of the surefire signs that you are looking at a scam broker is the lack of this feature, and vice versa.

Regardless, zertom.com is a fraud website. I gave it a try recently, unraveling the dirty tricks immediately. But first things first, the brief table below shows data summarizing the company.

1. Account Deposit Issues

The sign-up process was a breeze for me, taking barely 2 minutes. But the deposit step wasn’t, as I couldn’t complete it. Upon clicking “Deposit,” I got a message that said, “Deposit currently unavailable. Your account manager will contact you shortly. “ It’s been three weeks, and I am still stuck at this stage. 

In my opinion, this individual seems to be aware of forex and cryptocurrency scam busters like me. I think they want to verify and ascertain that every new customer who deposits money with them is not someone who will expose and bring them down. That might have been why I had to wait for a manager to contact me before being allowed to fund my account. 

2.ScamAdviser Zertom Reviews

After failing to add money to my account, I went to ScamAdviser to find out more about this broker. Notably, I noticed that the scam checker website rated it 1 star. In addition to that, it warned traders to take caution when it comes to dealing with Zertom. As if that were not enough, it also brought to light a mind-bending fact about Zertom reviews. 

It pointed out that zertom.com had already attracted many reviews despite being only a few months old. I could see that most of those reviews were negative, indicating unsatisfied customers. See them in the screenshots below:

Though I also saw a few positive reviews on the scam checker website, I knew at the back of my mind that those were fake reviews. 

According to scamadviser.com, garnering reviews from customers takes numerous fulfilled orders. After all, very few customers care to leave a review. In fact, ScamAdviser points out that, normally, only one in a hundred customers does.

I was, therefore, suspicious that a website so young (barely a year old) would have tens of positive reviews. It was unlikely that the company had fulfilled thousands of orders in such a short period. 

2. Zertom Reviews On Trustpilot

In addition to scamadviser.com, I also looked up zertom.com on trustpilot.com, which rated it 3.3 stars. Notably, the website had garnered 50 reviews(positive and negative) at that time, as shown in the screenshots below:

3. Zero Social Media Reviews

Unlike other scam brokers like Efixxen, which, at least, has a weak Facebook presence, I noticed that Zertom wasn’t on social media. I looked it up on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter to no avail. I also went to YouTube, but I couldn’t find it here as well. 

A company can opt to keep off social media due to many reasons, including negative perceptions. This broker knows all too well what they are all about. As such, they avoid social media because they know that it can drive them out of business due to exposure. 

5. BBB Zertom Reviews

At this point, I was pretty convinced that zertom.com is a scam trading platform. But I still had to probe it further, just in case I missed something. So I went to Better Business Bureau(BBB), but there were no Zertom reviews. It seems this broker is doing a great job trying to minimize their digital footprint. If not, it could be that they haven’t captured the attention of many yet, considering that they have not been in the industry long enough. 

6. Zertom Reviews On Sitejabber

In addition to BBB and other online places, the last place I checked was Sitejabber. Similarly, no one mentioned the scammer here. Anyway, don’t worry, it’s only a matter of time until someone does.  

7. An Unlicensed Company

Last but not least, my investigations also found out that this broker was operating under no regulations. Such a broker is generally more likely to engage in scams and other illegal activities simply because they are answerable to no one. That’s why this broker is engaging in a scam. 

My Review Final Verdict

I hope this honest review answers your question about whether zertom.com is legit or a scam satisfactorily. My investigations revealed that this is a scam broker who pretends to be legit by offering Demo trading.

Speaking of which, Demo Trading is the only positive thing I can mention about them. At least you can use it to learn, practice, and familiarize yourself with the basic trading techniques before going to trade elsewhere.

Otherwise, avoid this website like the plaque.
