1. Order Invest Is An Opaque Broker

The first thing I noticed when I visited order-markets.com is that it lacks the critical “About” page. This page normally serves two fundamental purposes:

First, it enlightens visitors about the company’s background, mission, vision, and core values, allowing users to build trust in it.

Second, it explains the services and offerings of the entity and its unique selling points, giving visitors a clear overview of its target audience.

A purported trading platform that keeps this information under wraps is a red flag. Such a company may not be transparent about many crucial aspects, such as its physical location, operations, regulatory compliance, fees, and policies.

Yet honesty and disclosure remain important considerations in this context. According to FasterCapital, transparency builds trust and promotes fairness and equality.

A lack of disclosure usually suggests a broker is trying to conceal something, normally fraudulent activities.

2. Order Invest Demonstrates Blatant Unprofessionalism

I noticed that the Live Chat system operates in Turkish, while the rest of the platform is in English.

When I tried using it(of course with the help of Google Translate since I don’t speak Turkish), the chatbot first asked for my email address. I entered a fabricated one, and the bot informed me that a support agent would take a while to respond.

So it asked if I wanted to play a game while waiting.

After I clicked “NO,” the bot informed me that agents were offline and I would be emailed later. This was despite the platform claiming to offer 24/5 support. Notably, I used the Live Chat on a Friday, a regular working day.

Notably, this experience highlights how unprofessional the Order Invest platform is.

I mean, Live Chat should facilitate quick responses to user inquiries, and not waste time with irrelevant features like games while failing to provide support promptly.

The inconsistency between the platform’s English interface and the Turkish Live Chat raises further concerns.

In my view, it suggests a lack of coherence in Order Invest’s operations and raises questions about the platform’s reliability.

Is this purported trading platform truly serving a global audience as it insinuates, or is it misleading users with an international facade?

This red flag makes order-markets.com seem unreliable and untrustworthy.

3. Mismatched Web Domain and Email Address

I also noted that the platform’s domain is, “order-markets.com,” while its email address is info@orderinvest.net.

Normally, if a platform’s domain name and extension mismatches its email address,  it suggests that the entity might be using two separate domains: one for its website and another for its email system.

A broker may take that route for various reasons, including when trying to rebrand. This is perhaps to escape a negative reputation after it has been involved in deceptive practices or position itself to target new victims.

If you can recall, I mentioned these tactics in my previous review of another fraudulent trading platform called, “Papaya Hub”

A broker that isn’t clear why it uses separate domains for its website and email communication is a major red flag.

4. False Claims About The Existence Of An Order Invest App

The company also claims to offer an app for its alleged trading platform, order-markets.com. It states it’s available across three platforms: Windows, iOS, and Android. The company tries to create an impression that it supports mobile trading even though it doesn’t.

To verify this, I searched the Play Store using the terms “Order Invest” and “order-markets.com,” but I couldn’t find any results. This suggests the unavailability of a so-called Order Invest app on the Android platform, contrary to the company’s claim.

I even clicked on the Windows icon listed under “Platforms” on the site. However, the page returned me to the top  instead of downloading an app. This further suggests there is no app available for Windows, again contradicting the company’s statements.

Given these two failed attempts, I’ve concluded that an Order Invest app is nonexistent, contrary to the company’s claim.

Sometimes, fraudulent brokers may lie about having app versions to create a false impression of a professional, well-established brokerage.

By claiming to have complementary apps, scammers attempt to make their services look more legitimate.

As expected, this tactic helps attract more users since people prefer trading on mobile apps to web-based platforms.

After all, the former is more convenient than the latter.

5. Order Invest Operates Without Oversight

To confirm if a trading platform is regulated, look for regulatory information on the platform. Legitimate brokers prominently display this information. A platform that hasn’t done so is almost definitely unregulated. This is like having a business license but failing to display it on your premises. Not only is it illegal, but it also raises serious concerns.

The telephone number listed on order-markets.com and the Turkish language used in its Live Chat system suggest that Order Invest is based in Turkey.

As in other countries, brokers operating in Turkey are legally required to be regulated by a credible authority. In this case, the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB) is the primary authority overseeing online trading platforms. However, when I searched for Order Invest in the CMB’s public registry, no results came up.

This confirmed that the purported trading platform is neither registered nor regulated by the authority.

It’s important to note that all scam brokers are unregistered and unregulated.

My Final Verdict On Order-Markets.Com

Order Invest is a questionable brokerage. The red flags it exhibits prove beyond any reasonable doubt that it’s untrustworthy. Therefore, I strongly advise avoiding this broker to protect your money and data.
