This dubious entity is specifically engineered to exploit institutional credibility through corporate identity theft. Its operators deploy high-grade social engineering tactics, copying legitimate logos, spoofing digital metadata, and publishing near-identical website URLs with minor typographical variations (typosquatting) to deceive investors. It deliberately misappropriates the genuine firm’s FRN and registered address on its marketing materials, yet lists fraudulent contact numbers and generic email addresses (such as Gmail or Outlook accounts) to divert communication to off-grid boiler rooms. Because this clone has no regulatory standing and has been flagged on active regulatory warning lists for operating a clone firm investment scam, any funds transferred to it bypass legitimate custodial banks completely.
