Dear investors, thank you all for reviewing my eye-opening SafeTradePortal review. Whatever you do, please don’t put your money into safetradeportal.com. It’s another scam trading platform aimed at defrauding investors, with a minimum potential loss of $10,000, the least amount you can deposit.

SafeTradePortal Review and Evidence Demonstrating That SafeTradePortal Is Indeed a Scam Broker

With the following issues, there’s no doubt that SafeTradePortal is a scam:

1. SafeTradePortal’s Dubious Terms and Conditions

SafeTradePortal crafts unconscionable contracts thereby infringing on investors’ rights without facing legal consequences.

The purported broker crafts T&Cs that disproportionately favor it while disadvantaging the client.

Clients unknowingly agree to those T&Cs, effectively waiving fundamental rights without realizing it.

One glaring example is a clause in SafeTradePortal’s terms and conditions that states:

“We reserve the right to modify, change, alter, or delete any provision within the Terms and Conditions, wholly or partly, without prior notice.”

This clause is illegal as it infringes on investors’ rights.

Consumer protection laws generally prohibit one-sided changes to contracts. This is especially true if they impact the rights of the other party significantly.

SafeTradePortal’s wording essentially claims the right to unilaterally alter its terms without accountability. If unchecked by consumer protection laws, this scam broker could exploit such clauses to defraud clients with impunity.

A Hypothetical Scenario

Consider this: SafeTradePortal initially states in its terms and conditions that there is no minimum withdrawal limit and no withdrawal fees. Enticed by these favorable terms, many traders sign up and deposit funds.

A few days later, the broker changes the terms, introducing a high minimum withdrawal limit and steep withdrawal fees. Additional unrealistic conditions are also imposed.

These sudden changes could make it nearly impossible for clients to withdraw their funds.

In this scenario, the broker retains the deposits, and because clients agreed to the original terms allowing unilateral changes, they have little legal recourse.

2. SafeTradePortal Uses Fake Images To Represent Clients

When you go to safetradeportal.com, you’ll see a couple of images supposedly showing the team behind this purported trading platform.

However,  upon searching the internet, I discovered that all those images are stock photos used by many other websites as well. I’m not saying that all websites using stock images are fraudulent. After all, many authentic sites use stock photos for marketing and promotional campaigns, website design, and many other purposes.

However, a broker that heavily relies on stock photos to represent crucial details, such as their office, team, past customers, and so on raises suspicion about their authenticity.

3. SafeTradePortal Review and The Absence Of The Broker On FCA’s Registry

If you go to SafeTradePortal’s “Contact Us” page, you’ll see information indicating that the broker has a physical address at One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5AB, United Kingdom. These details suggest that the broker is based in London, United Kingdom.

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) oversees all brokers and financial services providers operating in the United Kingdom.

So, I visited the FCA’s registry to search for this company, but I did not find any results. This indicates that SafeTradePortal is unregistered, unlicensed, and unregulated, operating illegally without adhering to any regulatory standards or oversight, much like Finkea and other dubious brokers.

An image evidence, showing that SafeTradePortal is not on the FCA’s registry.

4. SafeTradePortal’s Negative Online Reputation

  • Trustpilot—At the time of writing this unbiased SafeTradePortal review, there were no customer reviews of SafeTradePortal on Trustpilot.

  • Scamadviser—Similarly, there were no customer reviews of SafeTradePortal yet on scamadviser.com. However, the scam reporting website ranks this purported trading website low, giving it a trust score of 26/100 and urging people to be vigilant.

  • Individual blogs—Furthermore, SafeTradePortal has received mixed reviews on Google, indicating both positive and negative opinions. Some blogs have praised it while others have criticized it.

However, what I noted is that most blogs that claim it’s legitimate such as Tokenhell.com and BrokerProfile, have bad ratings on Scamadviser.com.

This suggests that the opinions of these blogs cannot be fully trusted. The operators of this dubious trading platform may be collaborating with these blogs to promote the scam.

  • YouTube—SafeTradePortal is a fairly new fraudulent trading platform whose domain was only 1 month old at the time of writing this review of SafeTradePortal.

Only a few broker review channels on YouTube including Broker News, Liberty Reviews, and Meta Trader Reviews have done reviews of this supposed broker.

For instance, BrokerNews reports that SafeTradePortal is a stealth scam broker whom you’ll never suspect. Likewise, the Liberty Reviews YouTube channel urges traders to avoid working with SafeTradePortal, calling it a fake broker.

Similarly, Meta Trader Reviews warns that SafeTradePortal is an offshore broker with questionable credibility that has reportedly scammed individuals, leading to significant financial losses.

SafeTradePortal Review and My Final Verdict On SafeTradePortal

To summarize this honest review of SafeTradePortal, this broker is a scammer who is stealthily defrauding unsuspecting investors. Many users have reported having been scammed by the purported broker and losing their deposits.

What’s more,  SafeTradePortal offers trading conditions far from transparent, a typical characteristic of scam brokers.

On top of that, this so-called broker is unregistered, unlicensed, and unregulated, hence not adhering to regulatory standards.  Consequently, they engage in practices that disadvantage traders, such as subjecting traders to dubious terms and conditions.
