In a previous post about legitimate crypto recovery companies, I stated that CNCINTEL.COM owns Mychargeback.com, a questionable scam recovery service that was seized by the FBI in 2024.
However, I would like to clarify that I’m not 100% certain about this ownership link.
However, I strongly believe that CNC Intelligence has deep ties to MyChargeBack.
The reason is a guy named “James Bowen”.
He coordinated affiliate marketers at MyChargeBack before vanishing briefly after the FBI raid.
A few months later, he reappeared at CNC Intelligence under a new name—”Jim Right.”
He now works with CNC Intelligence affiliate marketers through Telegram, another red flag in addition to changing names after the FBI raid of his former company. Additionally, the fact that he worked for a company that was later seized by authorities for scamming victims is another reason for concern.
2. CNCIntel Reviews Are Misleading
When you read CNCIntel reviews on Trustpilot, Google, or the Better Business Bureau, you’ll notice something strange.
Many people don’t mention actually getting their money back.
Instead, the reviews praise customer service and communication.
But you don’t hire a recovery company for good communication. You want results.
If CNC Intelligence truly helped people, the reviews would focus on fund recovery.
This pattern is suspicious and shows why you should not rely solely on CNCIntel reviews.
3. Faking Police Collaboration
CNC Intelligence wants you to think they work with global law enforcement.
The company posted a video on its Facebook page, claiming to work with the Norfolk Police Department.
But the video, which shows police officers in a meeting room has no sound. Plus, it does not show any CNC Intelligence member in the police meeting.
Instead, it only has CNC Intelligence’s watermark and promotional text, which appears to be edited in.
Most likely, the company took a random police video and added added its branding to mislead viewers.
This is deception, plain and simple.
4. Questionable Partnerships
CNC Intelligence works closely with cryptocurrencyinvestigator.com.

This company is using a false logo stolen from Blockchain Intelligence Group(blockchaingroup.io), one of the top 5 legitimate crypto recovery companies.
In fact, Blockchain Intelligence Group has issued a warning on its website about fraudulent entities that impersonate its brand.
Ironically, cryptocurrencyinvestigator.com, with which CNCINTEL.COM collaborates, is one of those entities. After all, an entity that works with questionable entities is equally questionable.

I promoted CNCINTEL.COM as an affiliate partner in good faith.
But once I learned about these shady activities, I could no longer be silent.
