Why Borsen Verein Menger(bv-menger.com) Is a Scam Entity

While Borsen Verein Menger touts itself as a forex trading and crypto investment platform characterized by a transparent and promising trading environment, those who’ve tried it will tell you otherwise. Exhibiting several red flags consistent with fraudulent trading platforms, bv-menger.com deserves the dishonorable title of a scam financial brokerage firm. Here are several pieces of evidence showing that it’s a fraudulent system intentionally set up to defraud unsuspecting investors.

1. Borsen Verein Menger Operates Illegally

First, Borsen Verein Menger is unregistered, unlicensed, and unregulated, operating illegally and with impunity unchecked. This mirrors the situations of PanaceaCapitals, Cgwise.com, and other questionable financial brokerage firms.

The law dictates that all financial brokerage firms register, obtain a license, and adhere to the regulations, standards, and guidelines set forth by their respective regulatory bodies.  Borsen Verein Menger claims to operate from Switzerland. This country is under the jurisdiction of the jurisdiction of the Finanzmarktaufsicht or Autorité fédérale de surveillance des marchés financiers(FINMA), translating to the “Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority.”

Normally, you’d expect a company that is registered, licensed, and regulated by FINMA to be present on FINMA’s registry. However, when I tried to search for Borsen Verein Menger on the regulator’s registry, I did not find anything.

A screenshot shows no results for Borsen Verein Menger(bv-menger.com) found on Finma’s registry.

This meant that this company was not on FINMA’s registry, at least at the time of writing this Borsen Verein Menger review. A financial services brokerage entity operating in Switzerland, which isn’t recognized by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority, can’t be considered legitimate.

2. Various Sources Warn That Borsen Verein Menger Is a Fraudulent Entity

Second, the company has been flagged as a fraudulent entity by various sources. For example, several YouTube channels, such as Checkpoint Reviews, Broker News, and Liberty Reviews reported that the entity dubiously takes away investors’ funds. Further, a Trustpilot user exposed its fraudulent nature, calling it a fraud association. He reported that the company will trick you with fake profits only to ghost you when you attempt to withdraw the funds. All these are classic tricks employed by dubious financial brokerage firms. After all, legitimate brokerage entities will not fraudulently retain your funds.

3. Bv-Menger.Com Engages In Monkey Business When It Comes To Withdrawals

Employing dishonesty when it comes to processing withdrawals is one of the sure-fire signs that Borsen Verein Menger is a dubious entity. Once you deposit money and start trading, profits will start trickling in, and your account balance will grow exponentially by the day. But, unfortunately, you’ll never be able to benefit from the funds. Once you send a withdrawal request, the company will ask you to provide some documents to prove your identity. Even if you upload authentic documents, it will reject them, asking you to provide correct documents instead, frustrating the entire withdrawal process. Eventually, your patience will wear thin, and you’ll lose your cool and confront the company. It’s at this point that they’ll ghost you and ultimately block your account never to hear from them again.

4. A Questionable Physical Address

Lastly, Borsen Verein Menger does not have a physical address at Rue de Lyon, Geneva, Switzerland, as it claims. My investigations uncovered that it is merely pretending to have a presence in Switzerland with the intention to exploit the good name of the Swiss financial center, knowing that the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority cannot proceed directly against it due to jurisdictional limitations.

Forget about the telephone number with a Swedish dialing code shown on the company’s website. It’s merely a virtual number meant to give you the false impression that this company is based in Switzerland, even though it is not.

Borsen Verein Menger Review and My Final Thoughts

To summarize this unbiased Borsen Verein Menger review,  BVM is one of the biggest online scams you can ever come across. The company perpetrates stock trading scams, bitcoin contract trading scams, crypto contract trading scams or simply crypto scams, and Forex trading investment scams on a massive scale.

There have been numerous reports about the company’s fraudulent activity and negative experiences from users. While Borsen Verein Menger claims $50 is the minimum withdrawal amount by credit card or its equivalent in your preferred currency, the reality is that this withdrawal policy is a facade. This is because the company never processes any withdrawal requests regardless of compliance with the withdrawal terms and conditions.

Don’t fall for this money scam no matter how desperate to make money you might be.

Borsen Verein Menger Review and Frequently Asked Questions

1. Isn’t it better to report Borsen Verein Menger(bv-menger.com) to authorities than to a private scam recovery service?

Answer: Authorities deal with a high number of cases similar to yours. Therefore, chances are that it might take somewhat long before you get help. With an independent scam recovery service, your case might be handled quickly. After all, when you win, the recovery contractor wins.

2. What if I get re-scammed?

Answer: Admittedly, there are many scam entities out there posing as legitimate scam recovery services. To avoid falling victim to one, don’t pay an upfront fee. A legitimate scam recovery service will deduct a commission from the recovered funds.

3. How much will you charge me for a recovery service?

Answer: Short answer is 10% of the recovered amount.

4. If Borsen Verein Menger(bv-menger.com) is a scam, then why are there so many positive reviews of this company?

Those are written by unscrupulous authors who’ve been paid by the individual(s) behind  Borsen Verein Menger(bv-menger.com).
